Garlicky Shrimp Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
02 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
03 - Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
04 - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
05 - 1 1/2 pounds of uncooked shrimp, cleaned and peeled.
06 - 1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs.
07 - 6 minced garlic cloves.
08 - 3 tablespoons of white wine.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and let it heat up.
02 - Toss together shrimp, wine, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
03 - Layer the shrimp mixture evenly in a 9x13 baking dish.
04 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the shrimp.
05 - Combine Panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
06 - Scatter the Panko mixture on top of the shrimp. Bake for about 7 minutes till the shrimp starts to go pink.
07 - Turn on broil to high and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the Panko crisps up and the shrimp is fully pink.
08 - Pour lemon juice over the dish and sprinkle parsley before serving. Best served warm!
