→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 to 6 medium-sized Russet potatoes
02 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
03 - ½ cup chopped green onions
04 - ¼ cup diced fresh tomatoes
05 - ½ cup water
06 - 1 pound ground beef (lean)
07 - ½ cup creamy sour cream
08 - 1 ounce taco seasoning packet

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse and clean the potatoes thoroughly, then poke them all over with a fork. Bake them at 400°F (200°C) for about 45-50 minutes, until soft inside.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the beef until it’s no longer pink. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Add the taco seasoning and pour in ½ cup of water. Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until it thickens up a bit.
04 - Cut the baked potatoes open and use a fork to fluff the insides. Pile on the seasoned beef.
05 - Layer on the cheese, sour cream, green onions, and tomatoes. Serve nice and warm!
