Herb Baked Fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 fillets of Mahi Mahi.
02 - 1/3 cup of olive oil.
03 - 3 smashed garlic cloves.
04 - 1 pack of Italian seasoning mix (zesty).
05 - Half a cup of Greek yogurt.
06 - 1/4 cup of mayo.
07 - 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan.
08 - 2/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs.
09 - Add salt and pepper as needed.
10 - Fresh lemon slices for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Put the fillets in a sealable plastic bag. Whisk marinade ingredients together. Cover fish with marinade, then chill in the fridge for half an hour.
02 - Set oven to 400°F and get it preheated.
03 - Mix together mayo, yogurt, and Parmesan. Stir in bread crumbs. Finish by adding salt and pepper.
04 - Grease a 9x13 pan and lay the fish inside. Spread the topping evenly, then sprinkle extra bread crumbs if you’d like.
05 - Bake the fish for 18 to 20 minutes, just until it turns golden.
06 - Top with fresh herbs and squeeze lemon over when serving.
