Put the fillets in a sealable plastic bag. Whisk marinade ingredients together. Cover fish with marinade, then chill in the fridge for half an hour.

Set oven to 400°F and get it preheated.

Mix together mayo, yogurt, and Parmesan. Stir in bread crumbs. Finish by adding salt and pepper.

Grease a 9x13 pan and lay the fish inside. Spread the topping evenly, then sprinkle extra bread crumbs if you’d like.

Bake the fish for 18 to 20 minutes, just until it turns golden.
