Baked Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
02 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
03 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
04 - 1/4 cup honey.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
07 - Chopped parsley, if you want it.
08 - Season with salt and pepper as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and move the rack to the upper section.
02 - Put the chicken into a baking dish (9x13) and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Put the chicken in the oven, uncovered, and bake for about 10 minutes.
04 - Mix the honey, mustard, broth, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
05 - Drizzle the sauce over the chicken, then bake again for another 15-20 minutes. Make sure the chicken reaches 165°F inside.
06 - Spoon the sauce over the chicken and let it sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top if you’d like.
