Cheesy Baked Macaroni (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups grated cheddar.
02 - 16 ounces macaroni.
03 - 1/2 cup plain flour.
04 - 4 cups of milk.
05 - 1 stick of butter.
06 - 1 spoon of hot sauce.
07 - 1 spoon of salt.
08 - 1 spoon of ground paprika.
09 - 1/2 spoon of black pepper.
10 - 1 spoon of butter for the pasta.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up the oven to 375°. Cook macaroni until it's tender, not mushy. Drain, then toss with butter.
02 - Melt the butter in a pan. Blend in the flour and let it cook for a couple of minutes until it turns golden.
03 - Pour the milk in gradually and whisk as you go. Let it simmer and thicken for around 10 minutes.
04 - Lower the heat, toss in the grated cheese, the spices, and the hot sauce. Stir until you get a smooth mixture.
05 - Toss the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and mix it all together.
06 - Spoon it into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
07 - Pop the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes. If you'd like a crispy top, broil it for a couple of extra minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Shred cheese yourself—it melts creamier.
02 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 4 days.
03 - Add more milk when warming up leftovers.
