Cottage Cheese Egg Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8-9 eggs, large
02 - 1 cup of cottage cheese
03 - Half a cup of cheddar, shredded
04 - Pinch of salt (about ¼ tsp)
05 - Small pinch of black pepper (roughly ⅛ tsp)

→ Extras

06 - ⅓ cup of crispy, cooked bacon
07 - A couple of tablespoons of fresh chives

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a silicone muffin tray with oil.
02 - Combine eggs, cheddar, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper in a blender, then blend until smooth all the way through.
03 - Pour the egg mixture evenly into the silicone muffin molds, filling them just a little above halfway. If using bacon or chives (or another topping), sprinkle those on top.
04 - Bake for 20-22 minutes. Once done, let the egg bites cool completely before removing them from the silicone tray.
