# Ingredients:

07 - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce.

09 - 1 large egg.
10 - Cooking spray.
11 - 1 1/2 cups diced Honeycrisp apples, peeled.
12 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
13 - 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons apple cider or juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
03 - Stir together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
04 - Melt the butter, then stir in applesauce, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
05 - Pour the wet mix into the dry and gently add diced apples.
06 - Scoop tablespoon-sized dollops onto the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
07 - Stir together the powdered sugar and apple cider until smooth and thin.
08 - Turn the broiler on. Brush glaze onto the baked fritters, broil 2-4 minutes, rotating the pan every minute. Brush with more glaze and let sit 15 minutes to set.
