# Ingredients:

06 - Whole milk (1 cup)
07 - Salt and pepper as needed
08 - All-purpose flour (2 tablespoons)
09 - Butter (2 tablespoons)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the fries by following the instructions on the packaging.
02 - In a small pot, melt butter over low heat, then stir in flour and cook for 60 seconds.
03 - Slowly pour the milk into the pan while stirring, cook until thick (about 5 minutes). Stir in cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper before turning off the heat.
04 - Pour the warm cheese sauce over the fries, top with crumbled bacon, drizzle sour cream, and sprinkle with green onions.
