Bacon Chicken Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 pounds of chicken breasts, no bones or skin.
02 - 1 packet (or 2 tablespoons) ranch seasoning mix.
03 - 16-ounce block of cream cheese, cut into cubes.
04 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 4 green onions, finely sliced.
06 - 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled.
07 - Buns to serve on.

# Instructions:

01 - Put the chicken breasts into a 6-quart crockpot.
02 - Dust the ranch mix evenly over the chicken.
03 - Place the cream cheese cubes over the top.
04 - Let it cook for 6 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
05 - Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with the cheesy sauce.
06 - Mix in the bacon, green onions, and about 1½ cups of cheddar.
07 - Sprinkle the last bit of cheddar on top, cover, and let it melt (about 10 minutes).
08 - Scoop onto buns and enjoy.
