Cheddar Bacon Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 195 g of all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon of sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt.
07 - 178 ml of whole milk.
08 - 80 g of thick sour cream.
09 - 57 g of melted unsalted butter.
10 - 1 large egg.
11 - 150 g of sharp shredded cheddar cheese.
12 - 75 g of crumbled cooked bacon.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 200°C. Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper cups.
02 - Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
03 - Whisk the milk, sour cream, melted butter, and egg until it’s all smooth.
04 - Add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Gently stir it together, then fold in the cheese and bacon.
05 - Spoon the batter into the muffin tin and bake for about 12-15 minutes until they turn golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - If you let the batter sit for 30 minutes, the texture will be even better.
02 - This recipe makes around 24 mini muffins.
