Bacon Burger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Melted butter (1/4 cup).
02 - Shredded Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup).
03 - Diced cheddar cheese (8 ounces).
04 - Cooked and broken-up bacon pieces (6 slices).
05 - Ground beef (1 pound).
06 - Minced garlic cloves (3).
07 - Chilled biscuit or crescent dough (2 cans).
08 - Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
09 - Salt (1 teaspoon).

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon till crispy, then drain and break it into bits.
02 - In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain the fat off.
03 - Pull apart dough into pieces, then press each one into a circle shape.
04 - Add beef mix, crumbled bacon, and cheddar to the middle of each dough piece. Wrap the dough tightly around it, making sure it’s sealed up.
05 - Brush dough with melted butter, sprinkle on Parmesan. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes till golden.
