Baby potatoes with garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g small potatoes, cleaned and halved.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon butter.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 120ml heavy cream.
06 - 30g grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in a single layer on the tray.
03 - Bake the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and soft inside.
04 - Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, stir in the garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream and bring it to a boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
06 - Take the pan off the heat and stir in the Parmesan until melted.
07 - Drizzle the sauce over the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley just before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Pour the sauce over the potatoes only when serving so they stay crispy.
