Apple flan yogurt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium apples.
02 - 3 eggs.
03 - 4 plain yogurts (500g total).
04 - 120g sugar.
05 - 75g cornstarch.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.
02 - Crack the eggs into a bowl, toss in the sugar, and whisk it all up. Stir in the yogurts until smooth.
03 - Sift the cornstarch into the bowl and stir gently to get rid of lumps.
04 - Peel the apples, chop them into little chunks, and fold them into the mix.
05 - Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake it at 180°C for 45 minutes.
06 - Let it cool completely, then stick it in the fridge overnight.
