Easy apple crumble (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Apples

01 - 6 sweet apples
02 - A pinch of salt
03 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
04 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon

→ Topping

05 - 2/3 cup pecans
06 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
07 - 2 teaspoons honey
08 - 2/3 cup oats

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the apples and toss them in a pan with coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat, covering the pan for a few minutes while stirring occasionally.
02 - Turn on the oven and heat it up to 180°C (356°F).
03 - Put all the topping ingredients into a food processor (or use a blender). Toss in a splash of water and pulse until chunky crumbs hold together.
04 - Grab a small baking dish. Either grease the bottom or line it with parchment paper. Spread a layer of apples evenly, then crumble the topping on top, making some bigger chunks.
05 - Bake it in the oven until the crumbs turn golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
06 - Let it cool for a bit. Serve with yogurt or milk in the morning, or pair it with some ice cream as a treat.
