Dice the apples and toss them in a pan with coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat, covering the pan for a few minutes while stirring occasionally.

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 180°C (356°F).

Put all the topping ingredients into a food processor (or use a blender). Toss in a splash of water and pulse until chunky crumbs hold together.

Grab a small baking dish. Either grease the bottom or line it with parchment paper. Spread a layer of apples evenly, then crumble the topping on top, making some bigger chunks.

Bake it in the oven until the crumbs turn golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Let it cool for a bit. Serve with yogurt or milk in the morning, or pair it with some ice cream as a treat.
