Sweet Apple Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sugars & Sweeteners

01 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
02 - 2 cups white sugar
03 - 7 ounces of marshmallow fluff

→ Dairy

04 - 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
05 - 3/4 cup of butter (unsalted)

→ Liquids

06 - 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla
07 - 1 cup of fresh apple cider

→ Spices

08 - 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (ground)
09 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)

→ Chocolates & Additions

10 - 1/2 cup dried apple pieces (chopped)
11 - 2 cups white chocolate morsels

# Instructions:

01 - Grease an 8x8-inch pan lightly or line it with parchment paper. Put it aside.
02 - Mix your sugars, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider in a saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat till it hits soft ball stage (around 234°F or 112°C if you're using a candy thermometer).
03 - Take it off the stove. Stir in the marshmallow fluff, spices, and white chocolate chips. Mix till smooth.
04 - Stir in the dried apple pieces and vanilla extract so that they're evenly spread out.
05 - Pour everything into your prepared pan. Smooth the top with the back of a spatula.
06 - Once it cools to room temperature, pop it in the fridge for 2 hours or more to fully set. When firm, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
