Chicken Rolls Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 cooked lasagne noodles, cooled.
02 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken.
03 - 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz).
04 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1 beaten egg.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - Chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Stir together the ricotta, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, half of the mozzarella, and the Italian spices.
03 - Spread the cheese mix on each noodle, top with shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce. Roll them up and place them in the dish.
04 - Pour the extra Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
05 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and go for another 5-10 minutes until golden.
06 - Toss some fresh parsley on top before serving.
