Creamy Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
02 - Parsley, freshly chopped, as a garnish.
03 - 450 g of rotini pasta.
04 - 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan.
05 - 1 cup of garlic-Parmesan sauce.
06 - 3 cups of cooked chicken, diced.
07 - A pinch of salt (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - 2 jars (425 g each) of Alfredo sauce.
09 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together the cooked pasta, chicken chunks, sauces, and half the cheese. Sprinkle in the salt and pepper to season.
03 - Spoon the mixture into your prepared dish and smooth it out evenly. Top it off with the rest of the cheese.
04 - Cover the dish with foil and pop it into the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and gets bubbly.
05 - Optional step: Broil for a couple of minutes for a golden top. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Save 1 cup of the pasta's cooking water. You might find it handy to thin out the sauce.
02 - This bake can be prepped earlier and cooked right before eating.
