Slice off the ends of the zucchinis. Cut them lengthwise down the middle, then halve those pieces again to make 4 thin strips. Chop those strips into chunks about 1 inch wide.

Toss the zucchini pieces into a mixing bowl. Pour in the olive oil, sprinkle the sea salt, garlic powder, and thyme. Stir everything up so the zucchini gets evenly coated.

Lay the seasoned zucchini in the air fryer basket. Set it to 200°C and cook for 12 minutes. Shake the basket 2 or 3 times during the last 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
