In a big bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until it’s fully mixed.

Take the meat mixture and form it into a loaf shape that’s about 5 cm thick.

Put the loaf in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 177°C and cook it for 25 minutes.

Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to create your glaze.

Pause the air fryer after 15 minutes. Take the basket out and spread the glaze evenly on top of the loaf.

Put the basket back in and cook for 10 more minutes. Use a thermometer to check if the internal temp hits 74°C. If not, let it go for another 5 minutes or so.

Once it’s cooked, take the loaf out of the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice it up and enjoy.
