Tasty homemade meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatloaf mix

01 - 680 grams of ground beef
02 - 190 ml of breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 125 ml of grated onion
05 - 5 ml of salt
06 - 15 ml of Worcestershire sauce
07 - 2.5 ml of garlic powder
08 - 2.5 ml of black pepper

→ Meatloaf glaze

09 - 65 ml of ketchup
10 - 10 ml of Worcestershire sauce
11 - 15 ml of packed brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until it’s fully mixed.
02 - Take the meat mixture and form it into a loaf shape that’s about 5 cm thick.
03 - Put the loaf in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 177°C and cook it for 25 minutes.
04 - Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to create your glaze.
05 - Pause the air fryer after 15 minutes. Take the basket out and spread the glaze evenly on top of the loaf.
06 - Put the basket back in and cook for 10 more minutes. Use a thermometer to check if the internal temp hits 74°C. If not, let it go for another 5 minutes or so.
07 - Once it’s cooked, take the loaf out of the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice it up and enjoy.
