Quick Air Fryer Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 200-250g each).
02 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
07 - Black pepper.
08 - Non-stick cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your Air Fryer to 400°F (205°C).
02 - Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they’re about 0.6 cm thick.
03 - Combine all the spices and generously coat both sides of the chicken.
04 - Spray the Air Fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray, then arrange the chicken inside.
05 - Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
06 - Let the chicken rest a few minutes. Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
