Heat up your Air Fryer to 400°F (205°C).

Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they’re about 0.6 cm thick.

Combine all the spices and generously coat both sides of the chicken.

Spray the Air Fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray, then arrange the chicken inside.

Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Let the chicken rest a few minutes. Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
